Bella e Dolce has been providing wedding cakes, specialty cakes and pastries in northern Michigan since 1997. Kim Sperl, owner and pastry chef, graduated from Le cordon Bleu in Paris, France in 1999.
We shop all over the world to find the best ingredients for our cakes and pastries to make sure that everything we make is the finest quality. We can work with many edible products---sugarpaste, fondant, pulled sugar, chocolate, etc. to make sure that you can have exactly the cake that you are envisioning for your wedding.
We have cake tastings during the winter/spring months so you can have the opportunity to sample all of our cake and buttercream flavors as well as perusing our cake portfolios. Our cake tastings are by appointment only.
