I could not have been happier working with A-1 Rent All! I rented all of my tableware and linens from them. They were super easy to work with and were always fast with responses to questions that I had and when I changed my mind. With all of the other things to worry about, dishes were not one of mine! When I arrived at the site, the dishes were already there ready for me...and the pick up was convenient also. All of this combined with the superb customer service, I will definitely rent from this company again!

I was recently married at Camp Blodgett in West Olive, MI and I used A-1 Rental for the linens, chairs, stemwear, flatwear, china, tables, heaters and platters and probably some other items I am missing. A-1 did such an amazing job making sure I did not forget a thing! I worked with Sue and she was patient, responsive, overly-accommodating and provided her professional opinion on quantities, space utilized, type of product to fit my look and feel and was my right hand-lady! A-1 let me come in and test my colors and table settings multiple times to make sure it had the look I was going for. The product choices, consultation, availability and value were above the other companies I was considering and Sue made my choice clear. She is passionate about weddings and making sure the day is perfect!

I used A-1 Party Rental for my daughter's outside wedding in Saugatuck. From the very first phone call to the day of the event, Sue was very professional, very responsive and very efficient. We had an all-inclusive event held out of town for 85 people. A-1 helped me tremendously in the planning and set up. We rented the canopy, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glasses, dance floor, lighting, bar, and the buffet tables. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition. A-1 helped with the layout to get the maximum use under the canopy. Their crew did an outstanding job in setting up our event. I would highly recommend A-1 Party Rentals!

A-1 Rentals was very reasonable on cost for our outdoor wedding. The chairs were simple and easy to display and stack after the service. They were on time for delivery and flexible for any changes that were needed. If you are looking for a reasonable vendor A-1 Rentals is a choice I would look into.

We rented cake stands from them. They were flexible with us on the return date since our wedding was on a friday. They were very helpful and friendly.

Sue and Joel were awesome to work with, professional, and very flexible in helping us rent the items we needed, and I would recommend them to anyone. The only down side, but good side reflecting on the company was they came and delivered early (which to most that's a really really good thing); but considering our circumstances it was a very bad thing because we were coming from out of town and wouldn't be able to see where the tent was being set up. However, we took the risk and allowed them to set up early, so that was our fault... but they came within a few hours to tear down the other tent and set up a different tent in a better location. In all, they were very professional, the website was very easy to see what they have, and they have a huge selection of items so you don't need to go through multiple vendors. Definitely an A++Cost wise, if you're looking for a simple tent, table, and chairs, you probably can find it a little cheaper elsewhere. But they helped make up for it with us with a discount because it was I guess was a slow week.Thanks guys for helping us make our wedding run very well!

We had an outdoor wedding and rented a large tent for the event. A1 was definitely the most affordable, but we were a little stressed when the tent arrived. Thankfully they were able to set it up a few days before the event which gave us time to fix the problems. We rented sides for the tent in case it rained, but when we started putting the sides up we discovered that many of the panels were covered in mildew which was extremely visible when the light shined through. We had one side that looked like orange soda had been spilt on it. Second, the dance floor was not flat. Some of that was our fault, because the ground was a little bumpy (we were in a field). We rented the subfloor for the dance floor, but the subfloor was very flimsy and much of the plywood was old and did not have much strength. The result was a bowed dance floor that you could not dance on (without tripping on the edges of the tiles that were not flat). We called A1 to see what they would do to fix the mildew/dirty sides and the dance floor. They apologized for the dirty sides and said they would come out the next day to replace them with clean ones. They said the reason the dance floor was uneven was because the grass was uneven. I agreed that the ground had a few bumps, but that the subfloor should have been strong enough to take care of them. They said they could come out, but it would be another $150 to redo the dance floor. After talking with them, we had pretty much decided that we were going to go buy additional plywood sheets. However, we got a call back from A1 and they said they would bring out additional sheets of plywood when they brought the sides out. It took several hours for us to disassemble the dance floor prior to them coming, and then a few more hours to put the tiles back down. In the end, the additional sheets of plywood they brought flattened the dance floor out and the clean sides were delivered as promised. However, it was not fun putting up heavy sides only to see that they were dirty, then have to take them down, wait a day, get clean sides, then reinstall. These are not the things you want to be dealing with the day before your wedding. On a positive note, the team that came out to set up the tent was really nice and professional. We didn�t think that it was necessary to check their work before they left, but we wish we would have. The tables & wooden chairs we rented were all in good shape and didn�t have any quality problems. The stage was really stable, but the skirting we rented to go around the stage did not have enough Velcro to hold it up. We ended up having to duct tape it to the stage. Again, things you don�t want to be doing the day before your wedding.
