Chair Cover Express Hawaii was so awesome to work with! I had 20 days to plan a wedding party of 100 people and the sliver chivaris chairs made the ambiance so elegant and intimate. The only reason why I gave them 4-1/2 stars for Quality is cause 1 of the chairs was missing a foot and my guest almost falling from the chair. Lucky he was ok. I reported the defective chair and was a bit worried I would have to pay for the damaged chair. They were more concerned about my guest and was happy he didnt get hurt. They never charged me for the damage. Other than that I would definetly recommend them if your looking for a place that offers beautiful chairs.....

Chaircover Express was so easy to work with. In Hawaii, there are very few decor vendors to work with and w/ consultations and correspondence with the others, Chaircover express certainly came on top. Besides their extremely reasonable prices, I was more impressed how easy and stress free they were to work with especially Diane. She was more than accomodating with our needs and ideas and our ensured us that there was really nothing to worry about. She was right, really there was nothing to worry about. The decor from ceremony & reception sashes to headtable draping and uplighting lighting turned out looking so extravagant and elegant without spending several months of mortgage payments. Strongly recommend them!

I rented tableclothes, chaircovers and chair sashes for my wedding reception. Out of all of the vendors I checked out they had the best prices. The employees in the showroom were warm and friendly. Chaircover Express took care of setting up and breaking down so I didn't have to worry about it. Excellent value!

AMAZING... i loved my chiavari chairs! I'm not a huge fan of satin chair covers and wanted a more modern look and these were perfect. They helped pull our overall look together. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and the great customer service we received along the way.

Chair Cover Express mailed out quality chair covers made of a nice fabric--their premium cover. They arrived overnight at our venue. They were essentially ready to be placed on the chairs. I called many times and they were always polite and reassuring. We would use their services again.

The woman who was helping me at the local office in Hawaii was extremely helpful and responsive, but I found that working with the Michigan office was a little more difficult. I didn't hear much from them after signing the contract, and was a little tense that they were still coming. A confirmation would have been appreciated. Otherwise, my order came out fine and although they were late (I think that was more due to an event happening on the North Shore that made traffic a lot heavier than normal), they were still in time for my event and everything turned out well.

We were so happy with your chair covers and sashes! They were the perfect decorative addition to our reception! The return system was convenient for family and so nice to just drop off in the same box and the shipping to already have been paid. Thank you for your services. Only comment to add is it would be nice to receive a confirmation email when you have received the product back, and if there are no further charges or responsibilities.

I rented the chair covers. They looked great at my husbands 50th birthday party. I received the chair covers 2 days before my event and they were packed so well. No wrinkles at all. I would use their service again.

Dianne from the Hawaii office was a pleasure to work with. She had a very great attitude and kind / sincere way about her. Nothing but good things to say about her from beginning to end. Very hardworking.
The 2 stars for Professionalism and Flexibility are for the corporate office on the mainland. I called to submit my final head count. I called later that day to change my head count and the lady on the phone was very short with me and told me that it was too late to change the final count. I felt her "shortness" was an offensive posture so I wouldn't push the issue. It worked because I didn't, but it was still a bad way to handle the situation.

Great service. Always got a response the same day, and Diane was extremely helpful and accommodating during our visit to the showroom. Chaircovers, overlay, and table runners transformed the ballroom!

I've been looking for a rental company for my table linens for my wedding and all the other places did not have the color I was looking for which is sage green. So I called Chaircover Express that I found online and they said they had that color and just would need to order it from their corporate office. So I went in and they even gave me the Expo Discount. Customer Service is a big thing for me and they really gave that. They were all very friendly and willing to make my day special. They even dropped off, set-up and picked up all their items we rented!!! Will definitely recommend them to others

I used this vendor solely because they ran a special with Weber's Inn, my reception space.
They did lose my signed documentation, which I forwarded back to them without a issue.
I had no complaints, I got exactly what I asked for!
