We had an incident with another limo company and ended up without a limo the week of our wedding. When we called Crystal limo and explained the situation, they did everything they could to help us out. Even on short notice, they took care of all the details for us. The driver was very nice, too.

Everything was great! We got he 26 passanger bus. Our driver was very friendly and accomodating. The only thing I had trouble with was contacting the owner to double check on everything the week before our wedding. But he did call me back immediatly after the 2nd time I called.

Called almost a year in advance to reserve the 40 passenger limobus complete with restroom for a large wedding party in June. Could not get the owner to send me a contract but decided to book it anyway and paid the $200.00 deposit. I called several different times to make sure everything was set as far as pick up spot date size of bus etc. I was told each time that he was very busy but that I was in fact set. The week before the wedding I called the owner to go over what he had written down since I could not get him to send me anything verifying what we had spoken about. It is a good thing I did because he had the wrong address for pick-up which I did in fact call to change over two months before the wedding along with the pick-up time. The owner (John) asked me to send the itinerary to him and he would confirm everything for me. I did this and received an e-mail which did not give any specifics only the word confirmed. I really started to wonder if this limo was really going to be there. I started calling around to see if I could find another limo company to have on call just in case! Fianlly the day before I called one last time and said I just was wondering if we were all set. John said yes but don't think I don't know you were calling around town behind my back. I felt I would not have had to done that if only I had been sent confirmation. The day of the wedding the limobus did arrive however it was in pretty bad shape for the money I paid fot it. The bathroom I was told was only included if I paid extra for filling the tank (which no one ever mentioned.) After going back to look at the restroom it was not even useable as the door latch was broken off and the door was bungied closed. The carpet had old gum stuck to it and it looked as if it had not even been vacuumed. The bus was really worn looking not at all like the pictures online. The driver was very nice and did a great job but I was extremely dissappointed and emabarassed in the vehicle I got as a surprise for my son his bride and the bridal party. I would not choose this comapany again.

Sadly ... our limo which we only booked about a month ahead of time give or take a little. DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE CHURCH TO PICK US UP UNTIL AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE! .... WOW! How do you just forget about a Wedding you have booked?! We were shooting all outdoor photos and LUCKILY had a great photographer who hurried us through all the shots we wanted! Disappointed.

We were very happy with the service of our limo driver and the quality of the limo we rented. We had the Cadillac stretch for 10 people. It was a very nice car. The only issue I would say is that it is hard to get a hold of the owner and the way the business is run is a little sketchy.. You call him on a cell phone and he doesn't give you any receipt or contract. Although we were a little scared they wouldn't show up, everything turned out great in the end.

I was kind of scared going with Crystal Limo for my wedding because when I called several different people answered the phone and then they had to call me back because they were out doing personal errands and had the business phone with them. Never got a contract, even after calling them several times to request one, they replied with "We just don't do that." That also scared me. I confirmed that I was on their schedule about a week prior to the wedding and they called me the morning of the wedding to confirm with me, wish they would have called sooner because I was worried all week that we weren't going to have a limo at the wedding. They arrived on time, the driver was nice and he stopped where ever we asked him to and got us back to the reception on time. One complaint about the limo is that pieces were broken on the inside of it, rips in the seats and the air conditioner wasn't working properly (and it was the middle of July!). So I felt that the price I paid was way too much for what I got!

The day of our wedding Don arrived 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time and did an amazing job. He catered to us in everyway possible. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. As for the service from others within the company I was a bit disappointed, I asked multiple times for a contract and still hadn't received one the week prior to the wedding when we made reservations 6 months in advance. Besides that issue everything went as planned.

Our driver was great, very flexible schedule and very friendly! Showed up on time and dropped us off at the reception on time, made many stops along the way. Couldn't ask for much more...

In the beginning, it took us a while to get a contract from Crystal Limo, which was a little frustrating, but after following up for a few weeks we did receive one. On the day of, the limo we had (the stretch Escalade) was great, everything went well, and the driver was AWESOME. I believe his name was Mike, and he was by far the nicest limo driver I've ever had. He was so helpful each and every time I got in and out of the limo, called me and my DH by our first names and was very friendly and nice. I would recommend Crystal Limo, and I would definitely request Mike if you use them!

Our driver was super nice and polite. I think that all limos are overpriced. There was not a way to confirm our reservation for the limo; I ended up calling them the week of the wedding to make sure they still had us scheduled. They confirmed me then, and I was also told that someone would call later in the week to confirm, which they did, but they didn't call until the morning of my wedding! That, I have to say, was not my favorite...I woke up early worrying that there would be no limo! We obviously did end up confirming, but I think it would be much better to call and confirm earlier in the week to help with the peace of mind of the bride and groom. As for price, they actually were cheaper than the company I originally wanted to go with (but ended up being booked for our day).

The day of the wedding they were great. They were right on time and were extremely flexible and did whatever we wanted them to do. My only issue with them is the booking and contacting them. When I first called and booked they said they were going to mail a contract. Well I never received, so I continued to call, since everything you read says to get a contract from your transportation vendor. Everytime I called they would say they would send it either Monday or Friday. I called almost 10 times (not exaggerating) and finally 2 weeks before the wedding they said not to worry about the contract, we have you in our book you don't need a contract. It was frustrating dealing with them and seemed unprofessional. Other than the whole contract issue, the day of they were great, very timely, and flexible.

Crystal Limousine was a good choice for us in that they had a newer model limo & were affordable for two hours of service. The driver was very professional & curtious, picked us up right on time, made sure the radio was working and took us around Grand Rapids to several locations. It was our first time in a limo and they made it a good experience. One small downside - during daily business hours, the phone is answered by different people who take the cell phone with them on daily errands, so at one point they had to call me back b/c they were at the grocery store! They also did not send me a copy of the paperwork very quickly showing that I had given them a deposit using my credit card over the phone. However, once I was past that, the rest of the experience was fine :)
