Dadds Transportation

We regretted booking these guys in attempt to save a little money on transportation. My wedding party of 12 barely fit in the 14 person, old limo and I sweated all the way to the church as the air condition was almost non-existent on a 90+ degree day. The driver got lost on the way to pick up the second load and we barely made it to the church on time. Not the best.

This vendor was terrible. We booked a bus several months early. When we checked back to confirm, they had double booked our bus. I was promised a bus with tables that sat 15. When the bus arrived at the church, it was an old broken down van bus. The driver was rude and insisted on his $150 tip before we boarded the bus! To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working! This experience was terrible. When we called to complain, we were told, "sorry, nothing we can do about it now." I highly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.

Pretty resonable and very flexible. I was calling everyday to change times and locations just before the wedding. However, the limos were so so. We had a 14 person one in the morning to take us to the church-it was rusted all over and smelled of urine inside but did the job of getting us to the church. After the ceremony we had the hummerlimo-very nice except the moon/sun roof was busted and plywood was placed over top- a little tacky but no big deal.

Initially upon booking I was excited about the Hummer Stretch Limo that we rented....until I recieved a phone call the day before my wedding stating that they had no pick up/drop off information from me. I called two or three times to give this information and it still did not get into the right spot. The limo was awesome....but had very little air conditioning and be prepared for an 80.00 tip in addition to your fee. I was a little dissapointed over all with the limo experience, but it did get us from point A to point B and our bridal party had a good time.

I would NEVER suggest this place to ANY of my friends and probably to my enemies as well. First the lady who answers the phone is extremely polite and i really enjoyed talking with her but i found that once they had my confirmation payments my calls were always sent to a really really rude guy in the main office. they told me that i would be getting phone call within 24 hours of my wedding as a confirmation and to give the addresses to the driver. (i was using the limo as a DD for my bridal party and other friends that i knew would be drinking during the reception and we wanted them to have a good time) well it was 2 hours before my rehearsal and i still didn't receive a call but when they finally called me it was because they had a mix up when they were going to pick us up, they thought that it was the day before my wedding. then 30 min before my rehearsal i was about to turn off my phone when i realized i still hadn't received my confirmation call so i called them and the guy that i had to talk to was EXTREMELY rude that i had to had the phone over to my maid of honor before i cried. then the day of the wedding the limo driver was over an hour late and when my mistress of ceremonies tried to contact the limo company the dispatcher was pissed off because he was woken up from his sleep, we finally got ahold of the diver and she didn't print of directions to the location where she was picking us up. when we finally got on the road she hadn't looked over any of the information that i set up with company and had no idea where we were going. She gave a place where we could go to quick pick up some food but it turns out that while she was driving to the location she was texting a friend and telling them to meet her there. She met up with a friend while we were waiting to get going, which she didn't get direction to any of the addresses that i gave her either, one of my bridal party had to sit and tell her where to go and finally me by the end of the night. As she was dropping the guest off she went through a parking lot even after she was advised that it was going to be WAY to tight for her to hit and refused help when we offered to get out and move things that we in her way and she hit a car and didn't leave any of her information or anything. She finally dropped my husband and i off 2 hours after we were originally supposed to be home, i will never use this company ever again.

Wow...they were horrible. Please don't ever use Dadd's Limo service. When the limo showed up it had rust on the outside and the inside smelled of smoke and was very dirty looking. We all got in the limo and it pulled about 1 foot away from the curb at the church and it died. They looked under the hood and couldn't figure out what to do. We all had to climb in seperate cars to go to the park for pictures and then to the reception site. To make things worse, the company did not contact us after the wedding to give us a refund. My husband had to call them at least 4 times before he talked to someone that sort of knew what was going on. We ended up getting a full refund but we had to pull a lot of teeth to even talk to the correct person about this. Please don't ever use this limo service.

DADDS was the only place we found with a vehicle as large as we needed for our wedding party. Price was good although our driver was 15 minutes late picking us up, there was no A/C in our bus and driver could have been a little more professional in demeanor and dress. Overall, got the job done, but have definitely had better experiences in the past.

There driver was ontime, professional, and personable. We had the booked the 24 passenger excursion, wanting extra room for our 14 person bridal party. Once we added two photographers, my sister in law and two flower girls it felt full. We resevered a "bridal take home" as well and were expecting a town car to come get us and bring us to the hotel, but the driver stayed with the excursion which was a nice surprise. THe online booking/reservation is not very user friendly and I think that we might have been able to get a better deal if we looked around more, but overall we were pleased with the services.

Our driver was great! She was peppy and cleaned up our cooler that spilled all over while we were inside.We originally booked a charter bus, but they showed up with a free upgrade... a wrap around limo bus!The bus was nothing amazing, but it was clean and nice. There was no addaptor for an IPOD, so we scrambled for a CD.Overall, a great experience.

Dadds Limo Transportation was awesome! We had a great experience and a great time! Our driver was awesome as well, very professional and happy to help!

DADDS provided us with awesome service. I booked them for my bachelorette party and the wedding day so they were very nice about giving us a discount for booking both. We had the same driver both weekends who was very good!! Also our bus was having some issues on the bachelorette night so while we were stopped at a bar our driver drove back and upgraded us to the nicest limo they owned :) and he was back within 20 minutes, AWESOME customer service!

They showed up on time and took us where we wanted to go. Nothing amazing, but it was fine. They required a $25 cash tip to the driver, which I thought was strange, since all we did was go about 15 or 20 miles bride and groom limo ride to the hotel and we had to pay like $130, but that was about market rate for a holiday and my Husband really wanted to ride in a Limo, so what was fine.

They were on time and professional

I would not suggest DADDS. They were horrible to work with. They must have called me and my fiance 20 times after we had our reservation made to see if we wanted to use them. Their system didn't seem to tell them that we already had a reservation. This was the only thing I was worried about on the day of the wedding. They did show up and on time, but that was about it. We were told the limo would be much bigger and there weren't even champagne glasses... what limo doesn't have those?
