Booking the limo was not so easy because of all the time that would go by before they returned my phone calls and emails, but once we actaully did have them booked everything was great. The limo held all of us and was clean and the driver was very helpful and friendly, especially for my sister who had knee surgery and was in a brace and wheelchair. It was muggy that day and I wish the AC had been more powerful but oh well!

Our wedding party tooled around in the 26 person coach and had an amazing time. In researching similar coaches at different companies, I found Elite's price to be much more reasonable than anyone else. Also, the fact that the owner (Mark) is also the only one you deal with regarding reservations gave us a lot of comfort. He even took time out of his weekend to let me come to the office and visually check out the coach before we booked. The coach was clean, on time, the driver was great, and we had a blast, which is everything we wanted from our transportation.

Our party bus was so awesome! I went on a referral and had actually never seen the bus we were going to go in so I was blown away when we got in! Very classy and the driver was so professional! Very happy with Elite Service!

These guys were so nice and very easy to work with. Even though there were a few issues with the limos they still fixed everything right away and were so very sorry about it so that made it all better. We all had a great time on the limo and they were amazing to work with!

The owner is great to work with and is a down-to-earth guy. I love supporting local businesses because he was personable and took us right in his shop to see his equipment. He had nothing to hide. It was the best price around by far too. Everyone was impressed.

We were very happy with the Krystal Koach Limo Coach. It was clean and held everyone comfortably. Mark even met me at their office one evening so I could take a look at it before the wedding. We were able to have "Wedding Crashers" playing on the big screen as we drove around town after the ceremony. They arrived right on time and were flexible with any stops we wanted to make along the way.
