Food Design by Chef Brech

Chef Brech provided heavy hor d'voires for my wedding, and they were excellent. My guests told me for weeks afterward hwo good the food was, and the staff was very professional and well dressed. The food served for over 2 hours, so I knew my guests would have enough to eat, and they were very accomodating to my requests. I would recommend Chef Brech to any bride!

Chef Brech was very accommodating to the type of food we wanted for the reception. We wanted Tapa's and he didn't offer them on his "Catering Menu", he told me to get a list of food items that I wanted and he would provide a tasting for us. I provided him a sample menu of some items we wanted and he provided a sample tasting of those items for us to choose from. All were simply amazing! They also provided the table, chair, table linens, linen napkins, silver, glasses and plates for the reception...all were great. The only suggestion I would make is that the table linens be pressed or steamed at the reception site, ours had very visible crease lines in all of them. Overall, I would strongly suggest using Chef Brech for your next catering event!

The food was amazing and the day of the wedding you hardly knew they were there. They served drinks and food without any interference. The price also was really good, we definetly got our money's worth. Although, they were a little slow in responding to calls and questions. :(

Great with communication and flexible with requests. Food had a lovely presentation and the only negative was the special dishes of pasta were cold as the venue did not have warming capabilities.

Some food was not the same when 'taste tested' and at the reception.Also some rentals through them were very wobbly

We opted for two choices for the main course. The prime rib was great, but the champagne chicken was rather dry. This was understandable, however, due to the fact that it was sitting in large buffet style chafing dishes. Everyone was served promptly, the linens, glasses, and silverware settings were all in order, and the staff was very accomodating and prompt. We only met once with the coordinator, and everything we asked for was there on the day of the wedding. Pricewise, they are pretty competitive, and if you want something specialized they are willing to work with you. I would recommend them highly.
