Edward and I planned our wedding together, blending our ideas and preferences to create the perfect setting for a ceremony that would be "uniquely ours". However, when it came to the ceremony itself which we both considered to be the most significant part of our wedding, we found that neither of us knew where to start. This we discovered is the importance of choosing the right officiant.We decided on Forever Twogether after reading numerous reviews from couples of varying ages and religious beliefs, all indicating an exceptionally high level of satisfaction. When we met Gust, our officiant, we were not at all clear on the ceremony we wanted. Gust has a gentle manner and caring attitude which immediately put us at ease; and he encouraged us to tell him about ourselves. With exceptional insight and ability he helped us to realize that faith in God, heritage and symbolism were the things we valued most. We decided on a traditional Greek ceremony with some slight bit of altering to accommodate our greenhouse setting and American customs. Gust wrote an incredibly beautiful ceremony for us which was everything we hoped it would be. Just before the wedding Edward's sister presented us with a couple of gifts from Greece: a lovely Greek icon and a little bottle of Holy Water which we placed on our wedding altar. During the ceremony Gust used this Holy Water to bless us, which meant so very much to us all. His words were spoken clearly and with a sincerity that touched our hearts.Thank you, Gust, for helping us experience the beautiful ritual and symbolism of a Greek Orthodox marriage ceremony in the garden setting we wanted, for being so reliable and available, for encouraging and guiding us through this most meaningful time of our lives, and for sharing our joy.

Gust was great!! From beginning to end, he was nothing bu professional!! I was skeptical about the whole online process, but I was very pleasantly surprised! To anyone who may have reservations, I would definitely recommend Gust. He answered all of my emails very promptly, provided us with beautiful vows, and made us feel very at ease. He arrived right on time even though I gave him the wrong address :] (Sorry!) It almost felt like we knew Gust for years, he was very curteous and conscientious of our needs, while making us feel very relaxed on such an exciting day. My husband and I decided to elope after planning an extensive wedding, and luckily Gust was available for us! He was very in -tune to our new found spontaneous streak and let us lead the show! Gust is a very good choice if you are looking for a customized ceremony and are not affiliated with a church or religious organization. He met with us approximately 2 months before our wedding so that we could get to know each other and discuss what kind of ceremony we were looking for. In doing this, Gust was able to create a very customized ceremony that reflected our love and did not include any references to God/Jesus, as we felt that would be wrong considering our lack of religious beliefs. We received many compliments from guests about the personalization and meaning of the ceremony. Overall, we are very happy we went with Gust.

He has a great tone of voice and a presence that fills the room. He stressed the importance of the ceremony in the planning process, but also alowed us to build our own unique ceremony that our guests are still raving about. From the moment my husband and I met Gust, we felt at ease. He was very easy to talk to and seemed genuinely happy for us. He was also very encouraging when I said I wasn't sure if I dared to say my vows in front of my guests. He had no problem with us wanting a non religious based ceremony. He did a great job facilitating our rehearsal before the wedding, we did have to pay extra though for him to be there. When we gave him our suggestions about his speech for the wedding he took them without any issues. Overall, we are very happy that we choose Gust to officiate our wedding ceremony.

Gust was fantastic. We had an outdoor wedding ceremony, and unfortunately, it rained. Although this originally felt stressful to us, it ended up being a wonderful ceremony. Gust altered the ceremony, to shorten it and get our guests out of the rain quicker, and even offered to hold the umbrella to keep my now-husband and I dry during our ceremony. Gust officiated our wedding on April 30, 2011. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful, personalized ceremony he helped us create, to his friendly, professional, knowledgeable conduct. He was so helpful in creating a personalized ceremony that included my husband’s eight-year-old son, Malachi. Malachi really felt like he was included in our union and that he was so very special to us. Gust was sincere in helping us make our dreams come true. He is professional and knowledgeable. He arrived to the rehearsal and ceremony early and ready to assist in any way he could. Gust was professionally dressed and was a pleasure to listen to. Gust was the officiant for our wedding March 4th 2010. I cannot express in words how wonderful him and his team were from the very first moment we spoke with them. Gust was able to design a custom ceremony for my husband and I. We were looking for a unique ritual for the ceremony and he was able to help us find that. We decided on Gust for our wedding because my cousin had hired him for her wedding a few months before. We really liked him then, and we like him even more now! Mary and I were unsure about searching for an officiant on the internet, but let me tell you about Gust Bassianotis and Forevertwogether.com. From the very first contact, Gust was "awesome". He designed our cermony and accomodated our wishes in the program. He is very professional, and added just the right touches to make our cermony a everlasting memory. We also needed a photographer, and he recommended his photographer Maira. She took over 300 photos and provided us with photo CD two days later. Maira also, did an awesome job. Her photos have given us a tremendious amount of joy. Mary and I want to Thank Gust, Maira, and Michelle, (Gust wife) 100 fold, for providing us an everlasting memory of our special day.

When we discovered that Gust had just finished officiating a Greek Orthodox and Jewish Interfaith wedding 2 weeks before we contacted him, we definitely thought he was going to be the person for us. We were impressed with his sincerity and his knowledge of all the different religions, so we booked him and are very glad we did. As part of our package, he provided us with an amazing book that consisted of various ceremonies, readings, vows, etc. This helped me and my DH create our own ceremony from scratch very easily, which we loved. Gust reviewed the ceremony after we were finished to make sure it flowed well and all that, and offered his opinion, which we really liked as well. He did a great job of taking charge and leading the rehearsal, and on the day of the wedding he did an amazing job. He has a great voice, and really carried out our ceremony as if it were very special to him. We received many compliments on him from our guests, and we are very happy we chose him as our officiant.

AWESOME officiant service. Always on time, easy to keep in contact with and incredibly helpful all the way till the end. John was our officiant and he met with us a couple of times and we emailed back and forth over 6 months and helped us prepare the ceremony to perfection. He did an AMAZING job and we were very happy with the way it turned out!!
