We ordered a custom wedding ring from their store.They did a good job informing us on what we where purchasing.Everyone is really nice and welcoming at JB Robinson.I will definitely come back for our next purchase.

They were able to help me pick out a gorgeous new setting for my grandmother's diamond engagement ring. They did not pressure us into anything we could not afford, however even though we had cash to pay for our purchases kept asking if we wanted to finance with their credit card. We just kept saying no. We also bough our wedding bands there and they are pretty unique. Very good warranty at a very reasonable price.

Quick service for custom wedding rings. However when my engagement ring came back after being serviced they forgot to call. I had to call to find out it was back.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM!! My husband bought my wedding band here. He got a GREAT deal! They are very nice and are really willing to work around any budget. They even looked up our account when I had to take my ring in for cleaning because I forgot the warranty booklet. Awesome Place!!

I love this jewelry store for the wonderful jewelry and service. When I saw my engagement ring (my fiance and I picked it out together), I knew it was the one. They advised us to come back when they were running their 10% off sale which was the following week and they helped us do a payment plan. I love my engagement ring and the wedding band we got to go with it. My husband goes to JBR for all his jewelry purchases. I love their Leo Diamond collection (which is what my engagement ring is), they are high quality diamonds for a good price.
