My husband really liked the tungsten band I got him from JB Robinson.I liked the selection that they had and there was a whole range of great looking rings that where on sale.The customer service was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

The rings were nice, but one of my stones fell out within the first couple months of owning it. However, they stood up to their promise and fixed it within a couple weeks.

The service was a crap shoot. One of the women that I talked to was super helpful and made me feel really good and the next time I was there the woman who helped me wasn't really helpfull at all. I love my ring, but I feel like I may have overpaid for it. It contains a gemstone and I feel like I really didn't get the qualities of the stone I wanted.

My ring and my hubby's ring is beautiful. The way they were able to custom design mine and make it part of our special day was great. Since mine was a custom design and we had to find an enhancement piece to go around it, I made sure I gave myself plenty of time to get it soldered before the wedding otherwise it was going to be a hassle on the deck and I didn't want the rings going through the slats in the wood. Anyway, we took in the rings 3 weeks before the big day and they told us it would be a week later when I could pick it up. They did not know the date of the wedding and it could have been that Saturday for all they knew. A week passed and we didn't hear anything. My hubby called the store and asked what was wrong with the ring. The manager told him that it was going to have to be soldered differently and needed our permission to cut the rings so that it would meld together properly. He asked why no one called him sooner because we needed the ring the following week. They had no legit excuse for us. So finally I went to pick it up later that week (one week before the big day) and they still didn't have it done. I told them I needed it by the following Monday and they still didn't have it done in time. Basically it was a near fiasco getting my ring in time for my wedding. Just be absolutely sure they contact you about anything and keep on them for information.
