JcPenny's Jewelry

(I went to the one in Big Rapids, MI)Overall, I am glad we went with JcPenney's--I was really picky about what type of ring I wanted, and this is where we found what I was looking for. They were very helpful when we were shopping (before the engagement), and everything that was resized was returned quickly. However, when we sent in the wedding band to be resized, they scratched the top of it. It was even, like someone tried to grind it down, but very noticeable. The lady at Penney's tried to tell me that was part of the design until I told her to get the one just like it out of the display and see if it looked like that. It didn't. They fixed it after that, but we had to argue with them for a few minutes before she was convinced that it was an error.Since then, I've had good experiences. I also got my earrings and necklace from them for the wedding.
