They were extremely helpful and in control. But, they were by know means over-bearing or annoying. They did great.

Wow! Where to begin...let just start with AMAZING and THANK YOU! We had a traditional Indian wedding with lots of music details and Jump Start DJs was right there for us every step of the way! They went above and beyond making sure the party never stopped! Our guests said they had a blast and we have pictures to prove they all loved the photobooth with fabulous costume props. Chris we cannot thank you enough for your kindness, humor, and passion for entertainment. High Five for horse riding, hot melting temps, and hot hits on the dance floor with a hint of kareoke. Rock on!!!!

I was thrilled by the quality of service we received during our reception. Chis played a great mix of music and made the night a success - no one wanted to leave the dance floor!

Wow, I cannot say enough about these people!! I was actually looking at another DJ. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I went to the lady at my reception location looking for names. They were on a list of about 10. I went to their website and put in a request to see if they were even available. About two hours later Chris calls me... from his sister's birthday party (I believe). I couldn't believe it. I tried to get him to just hang up and call me in the morning.. but he didn't. I was sold! He was super nice and so easy to communicate with. Every time I e-mailed him or called him I got a very quick reply. He was super easy to work with. Their online forms made it so easy for my husband and I to search songs and complete the form at all hours of the night, which is great since he's a full-time fireman and doesn't exactly have normal hours. I was in contact with Chris constantly.. I believe we even recieved a call from his the day before or day of.Onto Brandon.. my DJ the day of. Holy cow was he amazing!! Every time he had a question he would just pop up out of nowhere, ask me something, and then be gone again. He was not one of those annoying DJs who talk the entire time. A couple of things I didn't know what to do, and he had great advice and everything he said worked out perfectly. He was super fun. My guests loved him too because he was harassing me over the mic... and they all got into it. He was a GREAT dj!! I have had so many people tell me it's the best wedding they have been too. I have been to a few weddings.. and I have NEVER seen so many people on the dance floor for the last song... or the entire time for that matter. He was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!! They are great!!!

This is the letter I sent to Chris Delgado at Jumpstart DJs about two weeks after my wedding. He is the BEST!!! Hello Chris, I wanted to thank you for such an absolutely amazing job at my wedding. With it being a destination wedding, I was a little stressed throughout the planning process because so much was unfamiliar. There was absolutely no stress when it came to working with you. Your website and online portal was so EASY and user-friendly. You were extremely prompt and clear with all communication. It really put me at ease. And that doesn’t even touch on your actual services the day of. I can’t think of a better way to describe you and your DJ services other than over-the-top accommodating! I really appreciate that you respected us (the bride and groom) to the point of asking for the green light before playing guest requests. I was able to feel in control while mingling with guests and enjoying the reception. The best part was that you made it clear that you were there to have fun. There is nothing worse than a DJ who just stands there straight-faced, playing song after song. The way you entertained the crowd and danced along to the beat made me (the bride) and my guests feel like it was ok to let loose and have fun. I had guests praise you during the reception and in these weeks thereafter. Everyone asked the same question – “How did you manage to find such an awesome DJ?”. Another thing I wanted to thank you for was the way you handled the timeline. A lack of clarity and some difficulty in communicating with the event coordinator at the site left me concerned over the timeline for the evening. You clarified with us as needed and then took it from there. After Chris (the groom) and I met you the day of, we felt like we knew what to expect and that you would keep things moving along. We were not disappointed. There was never a lag or downtime the entire evening and that is thanks to you! In short, if weddings were a weekly event, I would book you every single time!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Jump Start DJs. He was by FAR the best vendor decision we made (and I was happy with all our vendor choices.) Our friends and family are still talking about how much fun our wedding was, and I really think we owe that all to Chris. He did an amazing job keeping things going and kept people of all ages on the dance floor until the very end (even the people we were sure would take off after dinner was over!). His acoustic singing and guitar were really well done--some people didn't even realize he was singing until it was pointed out to them. That really sets him apart from other DJs.During the wedding planning, Chris was responsive and helpful. Chris did a wonderful job at our wedding reception. His unique blend of performing as well as playing music was perfect for us. He played the songs we wanted and created the perfect atmosphere that we were looking for at our reception. I cannot reccomend him highly enough!

We interviewed many DJs, however utimatelt decided to hire Chris based on recommendation from our photographer (of all people). By far, best decision we made. Chris made the event. We had a wide range of people, from older family members to young kids, and Chris reacted to the crowd instantly. He ran the event perfectly and played music that engaged everyone. The guitar "accoustics" were top notch and set Chris apart from other DJs. Chris was worth every penny.

A wonderful time was had by all. Our guests said that it was the most fun they have had at a wedding. The dance floor was never empty.

Chris was wonderful to work with, he always made time to answer our e-mails or take our calls and, if we had to leave him a message, he was very prompt at getting back with us and making sure that we had exactly what we wanted as if we were part of his family. Jump Start DJ’s has one of the most user friendly and intuitive websites for creating your own custom playlist (and choosing songs not to play) and, when we had to make a last minute change on the fly, Peter was more than willing to accommodate. Jump Start DJ's was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! They kept in touch and answered all of my questions before the wedding, they were very reasonably priced compared to other DJ's, and they kept the wedding lively and entertaining throughout the night! The customer service is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced, and they really focused all of their efforts on making my husband and I feel like we were #1 on their priority list! Great DJ! The DJ did a fantastic job keeping people entertained. Our guests were on the dance floor all night, which is exactly what we wanted. The DJ played off of our list of songs and took requests from our guests as well. The evening went very smoothly with the DJ keeping our guests informed of every detail. Not only did our DJ do all of these things, he went above and beyond the call of duty. Our DJ was doing such a great job that people didn't want to leave the reception and he kept the party going, even though his contracted amount of time was over. The DJ also faded out a few songs that were going to long just from by noticing me nod my head in his direction. We couldn't be happier with our DJ.

Chris at Jump Start DJ's was wonderful and easy to work with. He did a wonderful job of playing a variety of songs that kept the dance floor full all night. We had many compliments from our guests about how great the music was. Would recomend Chris to our friends and family!

Chris is great. He played guitar for our wedding ceremony and it was amazing. He went out of his way to find a specific song we wanted and he totally got us and the type of music we love. It was so easy to pick our song list on his website. I wish I could get married over and over again just so we could have Chris be the dj. Love him!

When we met our DJ Erik Schock (also apart of Renown Sound DJ's www.Renownsound.com) a few days before our wedding, I took one sigh of relief and knew our wedding would be awesome! And it was! The night was filled with great music through the dinner and all the way to the last song. Every requested song was played and our guests had a blast. Thank you so much!

Chris did a great job keeping everyone out on the dance floor. He read the crowd, and continued to play songs that our guests would dance to. Chris was very accommodating to our requests. He helped us make our first dance unforgettable by us and all of our guests by mixing several songs to do a mock evolution of dance. JumpStart DJs were absolutely amazing. They came recommended from a friend who had them at her ceremony, and trust me, they did NOT disappoint! Dan and Sam were my DJs. They were very helpful throughout the wedding day and before. My husband and I are a military couple. I was stationed in Virginia, he in Georgia, and we were planning a wedding in Michigan! Chris Delgado was very helpful and responded quickly and professionally to my emails and calls. The ceremony music was right on cue, and the music at the reception had everyone on the floor.
