I love Kay Jewelers! The guys we worked with were very friendly and got to know us on a first name basis. We bought my earrings, my engagement ring, my wedding band, and his wedding band all from the Battle Creek store. Every time I go back, I get my ring cleaned. I have had so many compliments on my ring and I had a ton of compliments on my earrings too.If you have the chance, go to a Michael Wordinger diamond event. They can customize a ring for you. It was amazing. And, no one in the world has a ring exactly like mine!

We loved working with Kay's. My ring is BEAUTIFUL!! The woman I worked with each time I went in was very helpful and down to earth. My ring even came in a little earlier than expected.

Kay's is known for great service but just either be open to paying alot or know exactly what you want and stick to it. And ALWAYS look for their sales that usually bring down the price significantly.

After a few visits, the ladies we worked with knew us by first name and recognized us as soon as we walked it, no it's not because we were big spenders or something. They gave us pointers to save money, told us if there was an upcoming show that might have some sales or different kinds of rings, and overall spent the quality time needed to make sure we were happy and that we got what we were looking for.I only put less that a 5 on value for cost because after about a year my husband wanted to trade up our current engagement ring. We went from 5/8 to 3/4 and it raised the cost about 1 1/2 times, but that was probably more the market than Kay's.Ask for Kathy or Nicole (the tall one) if you are looking for good service at Kays.

Great service. My husband had to have his ring resized multiple times and they were accommodating to our needs.
