Pattty's is awesome!! I wasn't sure what type of dress I wanted so Patty's gave me a room and let me and my family walk around the store and try on any dress I wanted. I think I tried on a total of 30 dresses! Once I found a style I wanted, the consultant was awesome at finding very similar dresses and listening to what I wanted. They were flexible with all my appointments and all very sweet!

The selection is great and the service even better.

I am so happy to have the chance to review Patty's Apparel and Bridal to share my experience with other brides. I am not one who thought I would find THE DRESS and was perfectly fine with having a lovely wedding dress that I liked. I went to four different stores in Toledo and the surrounding area early on and found a couple of possibilities but nothing seemed great, they were nice, just nothing to write home about, I thought I would pick one and be ok with it. A neighbor mentioned several of her family members had made the trip to Quincy to go to Patty's and they were always happy with the experience. It was about five months prior to the wedding so with nothing to loose I made an appointment and drove out with my mom on a Saturday morning. It took about 1.25 hours door to door, mostly on turnpikes or highways which made the drive easy. It was absolutely worth the drive! They have a selection of dresses that is unmatched in the Toledo area, both price, quantity and quality wise. I tried on close to a dozen dresses, and the sales person I was assigned, Kristi, was very helpful and didn't mind that we took our time. Of the dresses I tried one stood out, but I still wasn't sure. We took lots of photos of them all and went home so I could think on it. By Monday morning I had decided I actually found THE DRESS and we booked an appointment to go back the following Saturday. I tried the dress one more time and bought it off the rack. It needed some very minor alterations and I was able to book Saturday appointments to have the fittings done. The staff was great, from the person answering the phone, the sales ladies, the seamstresses and assistants were all there to help and provide a pleasant experience. Patty herself is also roaming the shop, happy to help in whatever way possible. I purchased a veil in Toledo and took it to a fitting thinking it would be perfect, and it turned out to just not be right for my dress. Patty happened by the fitting room and we explained that the veil just didn't work. She went into her stock that hadn't made it to the floor yet and pulled a perfect veil for my dress! She even followed up at the next fitting to make sure I still liked it and was happy with the dress and service. She offered spot on advice about the veil placement, I thought it would be best high on my head and she wanted to try it just a bit back and it looked perfect. By that point I realized she was a pro and I should take all the tips she offered. How often do you meet and work with the namesake of a store/company these days? I never even thought to look at other dresses after I found the one at Patty's and I felt amazing wearing that dress on my wedding day. I received lots of compliments on the dress and many ladies thought I went to Chicago or New York for it. I would very highly recommend Patty's!

Patty's was great to work with. They have a great selection of dresses, and price range. They also did all of the alterations which turned out great. My mom also purchased her dress from Patty's and was very happy with their service and alterations done with her dress as well.

I Loved Patty's!! Two of my friends bought their dress there and I just had to look for myself!! They have SO many to choose from it was a little difficult, but when I found a dress at a different store that I liked and Patty’s also carried it and their price was $200 Less, I knew it was the One! All the Ladies there are very nice and treat you and your whole party so nicely! When I went for my final fitting and to take my dress home, the bustle was way too long, so they re-measured and fixed it within 15-20 minutes and I was So Happy. The dress was so unbelievably comfortable that at the end of my wedding day, I didn't want to take it off! Thank you Patty's, you guys are the best!! So, alterations are not included in the cost of Bridal gowns anymore, but I think their prices are very reasonable, and have gone down since they stopped the free alterations. My dress was $600 (my friends were around $900-$1000 when they included alterations) and alterations were only $80! (That was for taking it in on the sides with beads because of my small boobs and the front hem work) I was Very Pleased!

I would recommend anyone to go to Patty's. They were so friendly and so willing to help. They taught my bridesmaids how to bustle my dress and lace the corset closure. I even received a $10 off coupon for gown preservation. They don't charge for alterations if you spend over $450 on your gown. GREAT salon!

I loved my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. Everyone commented on how pretty the dresses were. Patty's took care of some major size issues with one of my bridesmaids who was from Ontario, Canada. My dress was the perfect price too! Great selection as well.

I really liked everyone at Patty's and was very happy with the service. The hours are a little difficult to schedule fittings, and a few times we were upset with people at the desk when we first arrived. However, I loved my dress and they did such a good job helping me with my veil and getting my fittings scheduled near the day of the wedding, and the shop is so unique with gorgeous dresses!

Great selection. Very personable. We found the dress of our dreams. Patty's did everything we needed them to do.

Overall, Patty's did a great job with my wedding. I only have one complaint. I am only 5', I made it very clear to the seamstress that I did not want to wear heals of any nature with my dress. The dress that I chose had beading fairly close to the bottom, so when I talked to the seamstress, we discussed whether or not I should order a petite. I was advised not to since it cost extra to get a petite and alterations are free, even after reminding her that I didn't want to wear heals, she said it wouldn't be a problem. Long story short, I had to wear heals in order to keep all the beading on my dress. My advice, if in doubt, pay the extra $50 and don't sweat it!On a positive note, there was a mix up as to what day my final fitting was, I said (and came on) Monday and they had me on the books for Tuesday. I drove 2 hours one way, and knowing that, they squeezed me in and finished my alterations and did my final fitting and pressing that day while we waited. It took longer than I had originally expected, but was worth avoiding a four hour round trip later in the week! Also, alterations are included in dress prices, a major plus!!!

Patty's Bridal has an excellent selection of dresses! The women in the store were so helpful every time I came in. I was wedding planning from out of state and they were extremely flexible to my schedule. I was so pleased with my dress it looked amazing!

I have heard nothing but good comments from people who went to Patty's bridal so I decided to check it out. They had such a big selection of dresses, I was amazed! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime I called with questions they had plenty of time to help me out. I found my dress after trying on only two dresses from their store and it was a dress that one of the staff picked out for me to try on. I didn't think I would like it but she just told me to try it on because it looked different on a body. I liked that they really tried to make you look your absolute best. They helped me find dresses that would compliment my body type. I had a really good experience with Patty's.

I have been going to Patty's for dresses since I was in high school. They have a fabulous staff and seamstresses (in house)! They have a dress for every style out there, definitely worth the drive to check them out.

Patty's staff was incredibly helpful in my dress selection. In addition, I paid far less than my friends who purchased their dresses from chain stores. My alterations were all included in the purchase price.

I was completely turned off the minute we went to look at bridesmaids dresses. It wasn't that busy of a day, but the minute they asked if we had an appt., it was downhill. The consultant seemed to act annoyed that we wanted to pull different dresses for the girls to try. Once we found what I wanted...Bill Levkoff and the price tag said $258, I assumed that would include alterations. When I mentioned this to the girls in front of the consultant, she gave a laugh and said "no, no that does not include any alterations, we were losing our butt on doing that." That said, we packed up and left and my mom went on line at Netbride and got the exact same dresses for $150 each and that included the shipping! Also....don't think for a minute that you are getting free alterations on your bridal gown. The gown I bought at Atlas was also at Patty's and it was marked $150 higher at Patty's than the regular price of the gown at Atlas (I did get a 25% discount on my gown at Atlas, however...see review).

I LOVE my dress, and I think it was worth every penny. That said, the ladies at Patty's can tend to be on the rude, impatient side. If you don't have an appointment, don't expect to be treated well (even though appointments are not required...oh well). They do free alterations, which is great, but when you come in for your appointments, they are kind of rushed and seem bothered by you being there. That's just how I felt.

They did an okay job. All the girls' dresses were sized wrong and their shoes were supposed to be toffee and came out pink. They also lost my jewelery. They were just "ok"

Make sure you check out the basement---huge bargains! I got my dress for $99.00!!!

My dress was kind of expensive, but SO worth it!!! Their dresses are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. The dress' prices do include ALL alterations, so that is a bonus. They are well worth the drive!!

they were very nice other then one seamstress she was a bitch, but the owner and the head seamstress was amazing and they made everything perfect
