I had an idea in my head of what I wanted my invitations to look like and Sondra helped me create them! I was going to try and make them on my own, but I am so glad that I went with Sondra. She is so helpful and she does a great job!

Everything that I had printed turned out beautifully and unique! Great value for the cost!

I absolutely loved all of our stationary for our wedding. Sondra was able to design unique and beautiful invitations, table cards, etc. Our guests were so excited about our wedding just from receiving the invitation. We even got phone calls from guests complimenting our invites. Sondra is easy to work with, timely, and very talented.

Overall I say Sondra's Ink was AWESOME at helping me design my invitations. (I had SO many great compliments on the way they turned out.) Sondra worked right along side of me to help get them exactly how I envisioned them (and trust me, I was pretty picky!) and had great advice along the way. I really, really wanted to do program fans, and most invitation designers have to send these out to be die cut, which drives the price up around $5 or $6 a program, which we just could not afford. I contacted Sondra about doing these based on a recommendation from our florist, and found out that she hand cuts them, making her prices much lower than anyone else's! I sent her a copy of our invitation for inspiration, and the design she came back with was amazing, it complemented our invitations perfectly! Not to mention, she created 100 of these programs for us in less than a week, which was AMAZING. She responded to emails very promptly and was great to work with!!

Sondra did an amazing job on our invitations! She is very creative and can come up with many different ideas to choose from. We got so many compliments on our invites, thank you Sondra!

The invitations and programs looked AMAZING, and the price was just as good. We had some issues getting her to respond promptly to emails. And then the programs took until the very last day before the wedding to get finished which had me concerned but it all turned out GREAT in the end.

The product is amazing! Absolutely beautiful and perfect! I used Sondra for Save the dates, invitations, programs and guest book and all were WAY more than we ever could have expected!

Overall, I would recommend Sondra's Ink to anyone. I have actually used her service for two other events and also am currently working with her regarding a co-worker's wedding. For the cost, it is incredible what the finished product becomes! Amazing! They look like they cost triple the amount that you paid. In terms of responsiveness- it definitely fluxuated with the time of year, some computer glitches Sondra's Ink had, and also the addition of an office manager. Some emails, etc.. may have fallen through the cracks. All in all it was great working with Sondra!!

I found Sondra at the bridal show in GR. She is GREAT! Super fun, really enjoys what she does! My Maid of Honor, as a gift, bought me the invites, she lives in IL. Sondra worked everything out with her from afar, it was seamless! Great price, amazing services! I would recommend Sondra to anyone looking for invites, modern or traditional and at a great price!

I got a free proof at my design session and after about an hour of brainstorming, it was just perfect. She was able to find the correct Tiffany Blue color paper and designed an invitation that screamed Tiffany's, complete with a big white silk bow. The final price was reasonable and I was glad I did more shopping around. I was going to have her make my programs too but instead she helped me come up with a design i could do on my own so I could save the money. It was my goal to have a fabulous champagne wedding on a cheap beer budget.

I was able to have gorgeous custom pocket fold invitations, programs, and table/escort cards at an unbelievable price! Sondra took time to meet with me several times to get my invitation package perfect. I kept changing my mind and she remained very patient. Even though she was very busy with lots of other clients (and her family), she still responded to my emails and change requests within a couple of days. She even met me in a half way location to deliver my proofs when I could not make it out to Holland. Her daughters are really cute and funny too. Every time I came over one would greet me, tell me I was such a "pretty bride" and show me to her mom's office, it was really cute. her atmosphere was very relaxed and the design process was lots of fun. It was one of my favorite parts of my wedding planning. And the products turned out even better than I would ever have imagined. I loved that I had a say in every single design decision. I highly recommend Sondra's Ink to everyone. You will not be disappointed!!

I ordered a customized guest book from Sondra's Ink. She tailored it to match my wedding invitations and customized it so that it was just perfect! I live in Canada, so communication with her was done through email and she gave excellent responsiveness, I always had an answer to my email the same day. I would highly recommend this vendor!

Sondra Did a great job on my entire wedding package!! She designed my perfect invitation set, programs, and had great ideas for favors!! I am now having her print my thank you cards. Her prices were very reasonable, especially considering they were completely custom and not out of a book! Her initial consultation was pretty long since I had NO idea what i wanted, but once we had a rough idea, the rest was easy easy and we did most of the work via email!

I ordered the Photo Guest Book. It is one of the best things I picked. Great quality!!

I found this vendor to be the worst. The invitations were sent out late, she was incommunicado for days on end, and I had to make changes. Was told I would receive a proof before printing, that never happened. The transaction ended with her sending me some nasty, nasty emails slinging insults and 5 letter words, clearly a lack of class. Not a quality person, I wouldn't wish this vendor on my worst enemy. She is unprofessional and unreliable in the extreme, also found her to be dishonest on many occasions. When questioned about the inconsistencies, she did not even respond to the questions, merely ignored requests. Never once an explanation or apology for the lack of communication and the delay. An addition to my original review. I NEVER asked for free express shipping. I NEVER approved a "first round" of proofs as she never sent one to me. The invites were paid for 32 days BEFORE the event, not 3 weeks. The event was on Nov 16, and was paid for on Oct 15, which is a Wednesday, not a weekend. Also, I NEVER used profanity, I do not have to sink down to such uncouth means of expression. I simply asked for the product that I purchased and paid for immediately to arrive in time for the event. When contacted about the delay, she became snappish. After leaving the unfortunately negative but true feedback, the seller contacted me with threatening, harassing emails and using various 5-letter insults. I came to Wedding Wire to inform others of her unprofessionalism, childish behavior and also the vindictiveness-which is my right as a customer, whether on eBay or otherwise. The paper trail proving her behavior, which I was then able to send to Wedding Wire once she disputed my original review, allowed Wedding Wire to determine that my review was honest. If my review was untrue, they would've kept the review off the site once it was disputed. Every email that was sent to me was forwarded to Wedding Wire, with my responses.
