I ordered glasses a year before my event from connie and never received. She kept avoiding my emails/phone calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB, waste of time! and eventually contacted the Sherrifs Dept in the county where Connie lives. I finally got a refund after filing charges with Ottawa Sherriff's Dept where she lives!!!! I don't even live in Michigan and was able to file charges over the phone, it was great!!!!

I ordered hand-painted glasses for my daughter's bridal shower 2 months prior to the shower to give her enough time to paint them. Well, NO glasses, just a lot of lies and excuses and promises. She promised me a refund plus send me the glasses that she said she painted, but nothing. She does not answer her emails quickly, but when she does, it is just one excuse after another. I placed my order and paid for them in March, 2010 and have still not received a refund. I have put in a dispute with PayPal to try and recover my money. DO NOT BUY FROM CONNIE- CMBCRAFTS.

We purchased the hand painted champagne flutes for my daughter's Sweet 16. It was a masquerade themed event and we couldn't find any NICE favor to go wit that. I found Connie on the internet and she could not do enough! She took the time to look at pictures of the invitations and my daughter's dress and designed a beatutiful mask that complimented the colors and event. Connie wrapped the flutes in matching tissue papers, ribbons and a personalized tag. I had so many comments from our guests about the quality and craftsmanship of these flutes, some even asking if they could have an extra or two! I am so glad I found Connie on the internet and would recommend her to anyone.

Order an item as a Christmas Gift.Was told I would have it in plenty of time.I received and e-mail stating the order had been shipped when it really hadn't been.I got the run around for a couple of days ,then got no response.Finally I had to file a complaint with the BBB. After that she stated that my order would be ready in a couple of weeks but it will be a priority.Will that was three months ago now my e-mails just get ignored. Now she has cancelled my invoice ,so when I request a refund ...This too has been ignored....this is poor customer service at least be considerate enough to respond . I would think twice before using this vendor and check them out with the BBB before you do.

This was not for a wedding but for a 16 birthday party, I was shorted 15 items and when I got in touch with Connie she said that they were shipped to me then it was they were most likely shipped to another person.I did ask her to make me another 15 and was told that the items could not be found at this time> I then asked for a refund on these items an did not receive it.I would think twice about using this vendor

I ordered glasses for my wedding and got the run around for a month saying my glasses where shipped when they really where not ship. I kept writing her and asking when am I going to get my glasses and she said don't worry about it they will be there in plenty of time for my wedding when I ordered them back in May . Well I did not receive them until the morning of my wedding in which i had to go and buy other centerpieces two day before my wedding and became stressed out. Then when i got the centerpieces I had only received 12 out of 20. I never received the other 8 and she told me she did not finish them and told me i would be receive a refund for the 8 centerpiece in which I never received refund and now she is not returning any of my emails ... She poor business person and I would not recommend her to anyone.

The Flutes that I received for my wedding were beautiful. I could not have asked for anything better. They were all made exactly how I had asked and where ship by priority mail before my event date.

This is absolutely the best place to get any centerpieces or decorations you need for your wedding! She is amazing at what she does and listens to the needs of the customer! I was highly pleased with her work and was never disappointed throughout my collaboration with her. I would recommend her to any of my friends and have! I will be using her again in the future for parties and get togethers! I just wish I had known about her in enough time in advance to have done the favors for my bridal shower and bachelorette party! I could not find the centerpieces I needed anywhere, because of my Beauty and the Beast theme, and she really came through for me. I even had gorgeous toasting flutes as well! :)

Uniquely Yours Wedding & Party Design is a Family Owned Business, and when I say family, Connie makes you feel like you are a part of her family. She goes out of her way to make you feel special and she makes every wedding decoration piece unique to what you desire. I will continue to buy from her because she is a wonderful person and her designs are beautiful. The personalized flutes, votive holders and candle bowl were so beautiful for my wedding, that I still get compliments about it today. I wish Connie and her Family Business Luck and hope every bride loved their products the way I did.
