Pastor Tim Dieffenbach Bio:
Pastor Tim Dieffenbach has been in ministry for over 22 years. He has officiated weddings since his ordination in 1988. Beyond the traditional church setting he has experience in planning destination weddings ranging from the beaches of Hawaii , the mountains of Colorado , Oregon and Washington , a family cottage in Northern Michigan, the countryside of New England and aboard a sailboat on Lake Michigan .
“I consider it an honor to serve each couple and to make their wedding day a meaningful and memorable experience, but more importantly a lasting relationship.”
Pastor Tim will work with you to create a ceremony tailored made to each couple and one that speaks clearly to the commitment of marriage and celebrates your lasting love. Tim currently resides in Grand Rapids with his family, as is the Congregational Life Minister at his church.
Reverend Brian Tuttle Bio:
Reverend Brian Tuttle experienced two major callings in his life. Being a 'congregation minister' was not one of them, he found out after ordination. Brian has worked in and out of the ministry since 1984, returning full-time in 2005. His Lutheran upbringing and education have served as the basis for his current missionary work within Michigan and wherever the calling has originated. And Reverend Brian has helped many Catholic couples have the wedding of their dreams when their parish Priest
would not perform their ceremony outside the church - or because of their previous divorce. From helping in his own local community, counseling individuals and groups, helping with ground support in events like Hurricane Katrina, and supporting to local food banks and charities like the Marine Corps League - "Toys-for-Tots" programs, he is always helping others! His background and education in Engineering as well as his well-rounded experience in 4-H and Toastmasters has had him speaking in front of large groups since the age of 9. And his god-given talent to write and perform - from seminars to ceremonies - has made him a highly-requested minister for weddings throughout Michigan!
"I think it a true blessing to work with a couple to write and perform their own wedding ceremony, and be able to share it with them on their wedding day. True wedding professionals are very rare in the minister/officiant areas, and this is not something you want to choose based on who is the 'cheapest' - you want someone who will make your day the best ever!"
Reverend Brian serves Grand Rapids/Western Michigan shoreline, Mackinac Island. and the Frankenmuth/Bay City/Midland areas of Michigan.
